System Training and User Support Analyst

Key Role :

Implements functional supports, that includes effective demonstration and intelligence analysis, to increase the clients' satisfaction on target products through internal collaboration with R&D divisions.

Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts, limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity, refers more complex issues to higher levels.

Works under direct supervision.

Basic Qualifications :

2+ years of experience developing professional artifacts using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint

1+ year of experience supporting end users of a technology system related to public health or laboratory science, including troubleshooting issues and providing training

1+ year of experience working on a technology team, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and testers

Knowledge of laboratory or public health informatics

Ability to conduct data queries and analysis

Ability to learn and master new IT systems quickly

HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications :

Experience at a federal health agency

Knowledge of electronic laboratory reporting and standards such as HL7

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biology, or in a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $46,900.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
