Utilize CAD and design software (e.g., Revit, Bluebeam) for precision and efficiency. Specify materials, finishes, and color schemes aligned with the design intent and project requirements. Collaborate with interior designers and specialists to ensure a cohesive aesthetic. Engage with clients to understand vision, expectations, and functional requirements. Present design proposals, gather feedback, and refine concepts to meet project goals. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting requirements. Assist in obtaining necessary approvals for proposed designs. Oversee the execution of design intent during the construction phase. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to resolve design-related challenges. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand environmental and contextual factors. Job Description
RWE Design Build is seeking a mid to senior level Commercial Construction Project Architect to join our team in Downers Grove, IL! This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing innovative, functional, and code-compliant design solutions for commercial construction projects, mainly focused on medical and dental offices. The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual design skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to deliver exceptional results from concept through construction.

Conceptual Design
- Develop initial design concepts based on client requirements, budget, and site conditions.
- Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design ideas visually.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
