We’re looking for a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us.

Compensation :
$80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
- Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
- Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
- Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
- Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email
- Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
- Close deals

Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Must possess a real estate license
- Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
