Sr. Manager, Social & Content Strategy
Location : Fully Remote, Reside in USA
Job Overview :
Reporting to the Director of Brand and Social, the selected candidate will overseeing the growth and engagement of our community of learners from brand awareness to brand advocates, with specific oversight of paid and organic social media strategy.
With support from our Creative team and in partnership with influencer marketing efforts to leverage user generated content, this role will drive the implementation of social campaigns to increase brand buzz and boost sales.
Alongside a social strategy for both acquisition and lifecycle, the Sr. Manager will support in the development of a content strategy that cohesively and consistently executes upon brand messaging and positioning across channels.
This role has responsibility for developing, executing and reporting out on a range of initiatives within social media for all the brands of the company and across each of its global operating regions.
Job Responsibilities :
Guide the team in developing and executing innovative and effective social media campaigns.
Drive a cohesive content calendar that leverages learnings across channels and tells cohesive stories that connect with parents from awareness to consideration to membership.
Develop a cadence of reporting and share outs for visibility and feedback on performance for social and influencer channels
Work cross-functionally with product and content teams to continue mining for value add messaging for members.
Translate our brand messaging and positioning into a content strategy and content calendar and support its implementation with support from the creative team across channels.
Manage organic social media strategy propelling T4L’s reach and business impact on social channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
Films, writes and produces organic social content to test.
Uncovers relevant articles and content to share on our channels.
Support paid social ad testing agenda for continued optimization of messaging and impact.
Writes creative briefs to guide the production of social tests.
Grow influencer marketing as a channel for brand awareness and user generated content with a focus on evolving the channel to direct sale attribution.
Partner with Influencer Marketing Manager to grow our reach and impact.
Oversee influencer budgets and scopes of work.
Cultivate and oversee our community of members through engagement in virtual events and closed social channels.
Facilitate crisis management plans via social channels when relevant.
Develop a playbook to determine when and how it makes sense to respond to social comments.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4+ years experience with developing and executing paid and organic social media campaigns.
An excellent communicator who is excited to work cross functionally.
Expert in short form video creation.
Deep understanding of content strategy.
2+ years leadership experience managing direct reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
Ability to be flexible and change strategies / reinvent conventional mindsets at any time.
Willing to learn new skills and take the extra steps to help drive the business forward.
Well organized and able to multitask.
