Pay Rate : $22 per hour

What's a typical day as an Associate Operations Coordinator? You'll be :

  • Executing various tasks related to shipment information, order creation, shipment activation, load building, load assignment, appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, event entry, and invoicing.
  • Monitoring task boards and email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests
  • Ensuring customer and carrier satisfaction by following through on requests
  • Validating and ensuring the accuracy of load data in systems

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Have 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center
  • Have demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills.

Are able to work evenings and / or weekends when needed

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
