Job Title : Cloud Operations Administrator (Google, AWS, and Azure)

Duration : Direct Hire Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day Cloud Operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance across all Cloud environments including Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
- Implement monitoring tools to track performance, costs, and resource usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud infrastructure and services.
- Implement Managed Apps, Service Catalogues, Virtual Machines and Service Bus technologies.
- Set up and manage database services, notably NoSQL, SQL, and its managed instances.
- Perform daily system monitoring to include verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes;
reviewing system and application logs; and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
- Perform and record regular patching of the hosting environments, ensuring system security and stability.
- Manage cloud backups and disaster recovery solutions and verify the integrity of backups regularly.
- Monitor all cloud environment performances (CPU, Disk Space, Network, etc.).
- Create and monitor critical alerts for all systems and connect to On-Call notification system.
- Act as a primary point of contact and provide troubleshooting and support for cloud-related issues, including liaising with vendors for critical incident support and / or advisory.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of architectural diagrams for new and existing service deployments.
- Assist in research, evaluation, and implementation of new cloud tools to optimize efficiency, performance, and cost.
- Monitor and assist in optimizing cloud spending and report to management on actual and projected monthly cloud services costs.
- Provide support to other departments for other business applications and collaborate closely with DevOps teams, ensuring best practices in SDLC and effective code management.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for cloud administration by leveraging PowerShell CLI and automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, and Azure CLI.
- Participate in after-hours support rotation as a subject matter expert (SME) for Cloud Services.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology or equivalent technical experience required.
- At least + years of relevant Cloud experience.
- Proficiency in Azure, AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based Networking, including VNETs, application gateways, and load balancing.
- Skilled in cloud storage management.
- Proven ability in scripting and automation for deployment and operational tasks.
- Understanding of OS internals, virtualization products, and technologies.
- Experienced in disaster recovery planning, implementation, and execution.
- Proficiency in supporting and upgrading Windows and Linux systems.
- Strong grasp of PowerShell CLI and automation tools (, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Azure CLI).
- Familiarity with change management best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.

- Ability to provide On-Call and after-hours services for critical incidents including patching and maintenance of all Cloud environments.
