Job Responsibilities
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management.
- People-oriented with customers and employees.
- Generating high volume / gross.
- Excellent CSI history.
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
- Work with departments to achieve specific goals and objectives.
- Create a positive culture for the team and foster a team atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
