We specialize in building customized microgrids with long-term battery systems for commercial and residential properties.
Additionally, we deploy advanced Atmospheric Water Generation systems to improve water quality and access. Our Utilities-as-a-Service business model allows for the rapid deployment of Volition systems throughout the US.
Position Overview : Volition Industries is seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Sales to join our executive team.
This strategic role will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and developing strong relationships with clients and partners.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in commercial sales, particularly within the renewable energy sector and microgrid solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and residential markets.
- Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms for Volition Industries.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent Volition Industries at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications :
- Deep experience in commercial sales with a focus on renewable energy and microgrid solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including HVAC, solar, battery backup, fuel cells, and turbine technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Willingness to relocate to Utah.

During the interview process, your recruiter will be explaining our total rewards (base, equity, commissions, perks, and benefit) offerings.
The base salary for this role is targeted between $180K - $215K per year. Final offer amount is determined by your proficiencies within this level.
