Compensation :
$60,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of insurance professionals to ensure they meet company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members participating in the Associate Partner Training Program.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize personnel performance.
- Support the growth and development of associates to improve their overall effectiveness.
- Oversee daily operations of the insurance office, including administration, personnel management, and workflow.
- Collaborate with colleagues to successfully complete projects that meet customer expectations.
Qualifications :
- Candidates for Direct Hire Manager must have FINRA S7, S63, S65, or S66 Registrations and hold Life and Health licenses as Registered Representatives.
- A minimum of two years of industry or sales management experience is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience level is a prerequisite for this role.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams effectively is essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills are a must.
- Ideal candidates for the position are those who have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targeted commitments.
