Job Description
Wynn Las Vegas seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Operations Specialist (QA) to join our Casino Marketing team.
The successful candidate will manage active campaign operations, address issues promptly, and allocate resources efficiently.
This role involves overseeing logistical aspects such as training materials, team briefings, and material distribution, as well as monitoring the quality of campaign execution to ensure high standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of active marketing campaigns.
- Address any issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to campaign activities.
- Allocate resources effectively to support campaign execution.
Logistical Oversight :
- Oversee logistical aspects of campaigns, including preparing and distributing training materials and team briefings.
- Ensure all necessary materials are distributed to relevant teams promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support campaign logistics
Quality Assurance :
- Monitor the quality of campaign execution to ensure adherence to high standards.
- Conduct regular checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
- Implement QA processes and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain comprehensive records of campaign activities and outcomes.
- Prepare and distribute reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Document any issues and resolutions to improve future campaign processes.
Qualifications

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in campaign operations and quality assurance, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management and QA tools.
