First and Final Offer Policy

Research shows that salary negotiations often only benefit a small segment of the population and can lead to inequities in pay.

With that, Ensemble Learning employs a first and final policy with regards to employment and salary offers. When extending job offers, they will be based on a thorough review of your qualifications and experience, also accounting for the market for similar positions in your location.

Salary ranges are posted for each position and an offer will fall within that range.
