Sunset Volkswagen is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team as we prepare to move into our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility on Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota.

Key Responsibilities :

As an Automotive Sales Manager for Sunset Volkswagen, you will be responsible for leading our dealership's team of sales associates to maximize sales and customer loyalty.

We are looking for an individual with strong team-building and motivational skills who can lead people by example and through coaching to be the best they can be.

Specific duties include :

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory new and used, pricing, and advertising efforts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the dealership
  • Drive community engagement and foster strong customer relationships

Sales Manager Qualifications :

As an Automotive Sales Manager for Sunset Volkswagen, you must embody Sunset Automotive Group's stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service.
