McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Bankruptcy Specialist for the Charlotte, NC office. The Bankruptcy Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Bankruptcy Department and Attorneys by processing bankruptcy case files including : drafting of legal documents such as proof of claims, motions for relief from stay, objections, and claim maintenance filings.

Requirements : Knowledge / Skills :

• Process files in case management and client systems
• Draft filing for proof of claim, reaffirmation agreements and motions of relief for attorney review
• Request files from clients and other departments as needed
• PACER and e-filing experience is required
• Ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Professionally communicate with clients and co-workers
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
• Any other clerical tasks as needed
• Excellent professional communication skills as position requires written and verbal interaction with all interoffice personnel, managers and attorneys as well as the clients and outside vendors.
