Defense Portfolio Director
Key Role :
Serve as an Executive to advance our rapidly growing Dayton Air Force business, encompassing S&T, Acquisition, Engineering, and Intelligence clients.
Expand Booz Allen’s position as a leader in Air Force market space by expanding and strengthening client engagements as well as participate in industry forums, events and symposiums, and publishing and speaking engagements.
Provide leadership to next level leaders supporting the broader Aerospace, Global Defense, and National Security strategy agenda through reviewing and recommending adjustments to business and contract portfolio, capabilities, and talent.
Ensure quality delivery across all aspects of the business portfolio include operations, growth strategy, and technical delivery.
Work with a Military branch and S&T and R&D clients.
Basic Qualifications :
15+ years of experience with leading Aviation-related R&D, Acquisition, and Test functions across Air Force or Navy programs
5+ years of experience with delivering executive leadership and oversight for Aviation / related systems or services programs and organizations
Experience with current Aviation technology trends, including Hypersonic, Digital Engineering, Autonomous and Unmanned, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Advanced Analytics
Experience with managing a portfolio of clients, programs and managing and developing people
Knowledge of one or more of following domains : Electronic Warfare, Sensors, or Modeling and Simulation and LVC
Ability to analyze current needs and identify viable business development opportunities in the Air Force and broader DoD market space
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications :
Experience with business development, including established relationships in Dayton, OH
Experience with Air Force organizations, including the Air Force R&D and Electronic Warfare communities
Master's degree
Clearance :
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
