Outside Sales Account Executive / Project Manager
Location : Greater South Bay Area Santa Clara County

Total Annual Compensation Package :
- $75,000 - $128,000 potential annual salary
- Generous base salary of $50,000 annually plus commission.
- Company vehicle
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance
- Paid holidays, vacation and personal time
- 401K after 1 year
- No Draws Against Future Commissions
General Duties :
- Positively increase the sales revenue and profitability of the organization, through quality customer service as well as expanding the customer base.
- Determine, generate and capture the sales outside of the organization, primarily through single-family, multi-family, and commercial property management companies.
- Maintain relationship with subcontractors and current book of business through project management skills
- Identify ways to attract more prospects.
- Maintain existing accounts and ensure their satisfaction with S&G services.
- Create marketing materials and sales tools that target key decision-makers.
- Develop sales strategies to qualify and close interested prospects.
- Manage projects from point of sale through final payment of invoices.
