Our Clienta US based Fintech providing payment experience thats delightfuland fast mission is to remove the friction of sending money acrossborders and to level the economic playing field on a global scale.
To achieve this they are building a global payment network : ascalable and usable infrastructure that integrates existing fiatand crypto payment networks including but not limited to banks cardprocessors crypto exchanges and public blockchains.

Job Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing global salesstrategies with a community marketing focus to drive useracquisition and revenue growth.
Competency and Skill Requirements
- Strong leadershipskills including the ability to manage and motivateteams.
- Strong Sales / Growth and CommunityMarketing Experience
- Excellent communicationskills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal andexternal stakeholders.
- Indepth knowledge ofDiaspora sales and marketing strategies andtactics
- Strong analytical skills withexperience in data analysis andreporting.
- Understanding of fintech industrytrends and technologies with a focus on crossborder payments andremittance processing.

- Strong experience in digitalsales.
MinimumQualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Sales or relatedfield.
- At least 5 years of experience in asales / community marketing / growth role in a fintech or relatedindustry
- Proven track record of driving useracquisition and revenue growth through salesstrategies.
- Proven experience in salesmanagement. (Mass market experience will beadvantageous)
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
Principal Duties andResponsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies toincrease user acquisition and revenuegrowth.
- Analyze market trends and customerneeds to identify growth opportunities and optimize salesefforts.
- Build and manage a highperformancecommunity marketing team and develop a network of direct andindirect agents
- Establish and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of salescampaigns.
- Collaborate with other departmentssuch as marketing product and customer support to ensure a seamlessuser experience across all touchpoints.
- Manageinfluencer and community partnerships and collaborations to drivegrowth and expand the companys reach.
