As a General Manager, you will be overseeing two studios and you are responsible for leading the pack by giving daily direction / guidance to your sales team.
You set goals, drive performance, action any opportunities, and ensure brand compliance and operational excellence in everything inside the studio.
You are in daily communication with the Regional team and can pivot quickly when challenges arise. You are the powerhouse of your studios.

Job Type : Full-time, some nights and weekends are required
Compensation : Salary + Individual Commission + Opportunity to Bonus Quarterly (the salary range listed does not include commission and bonus)
