Position Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Parts Counter Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and assist with identifying and selecting the appropriate parts and accessories.
- Process customer orders, including checking inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of parts sales and inventory transactions.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocking shelves and organizing the parts department.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and improve service efficiency.
- Learn and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and parts distribution is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to take initiative.
- Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
