- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment outcomes.* Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.* Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Qualifications : * Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
- Current PMHNP licensure in the state of State .* Minimum of Number years of experience as a PMHNP.* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Passion for providing compassionate and effective mental health care.
