BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst 2 for an opportunity in Redmond WA

Position Title : Data Analyst 2

Location : Redmond WA, Remote

Anticipated Start Date : - ASAP

Expected Duration : 8 Months Contract

Job Type : Contract and Remote

Pay Range : $45 / hr - $50 / hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.

g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Responsibilities :

Support ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests to meet business needs.

Provide customer support for reporting-based inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Gather requirements from stakeholders and create comprehensive reports.

Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis.

At least 1+ years of experience in ATS search and reporting, preferably with iCIMS.

1+ years of work experience in HR or business operations.

Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

Experience with Power Platform is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with business analytics techniques and tools.

Experience in developing analytic models to understand complex business issues.

Ability to create data visualizations and presentations to explain insights and their business implications.
