Interim CFO - Public Company

Vaco has partnered with a publicly traded company that is searching for an Interim CFO to lead their accounting & finance teams as the current CFO transitions out.

The Interim CFO must have experience in the CFO seat for a publicly traded company. Experience with M&A transactions and finance transformation projects is preferred.

This is a remote role but will require travel to the Phoenix area for the first 4 weeks or so.

Position Title : Interim CFO

Target Start Date : ASAP

Location : Remote with travel to Phoenix for the first 4 weeks

Project Length : 3-6 months+

Requirements for the position include :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of focus
• Advanced education highly desired
• Prior CFO-level experience in public traded company
• Experience with M&A transactions and finance transformation projects highly preferred
• Ability to communicate well with stakeholders and other C-suite executives

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
