Human Resources Manager
- Develop local plans for HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety in line with the Group policies
- Support the human factor in the company by deploying strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and career planning
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
- Coordinate recruiting and hiring process
- Coordinate temp workforce including the temp payroll reports
- Administer all benefit plans
- Negotiate best pricing for temp agencies
- Participate in all audits (401k, Customer, OSHA, Workers’ Comp, etc.)
- Represent Baumann Springs in any personnel related hearings and investigations
- Prepare employee and compensation reports as required
- Maintain the payroll system including time and attendance
- Keep current and ensure compliance on all Federal and State laws such as FMLA, ADA, labor laws, etc.
- File annual EEOC report and any other federal reports as required
- Ensure company policies are communicated and enforce fairly and consistently
- Investigate all claims of harassment, discrimination, and employee conflict
- Ensure that benefits are the best available. (i.e. insurance value for price)
- Manage unemployment claims
- Review audit and approve temp billings, insurance billings and any other billings related to HR
- Manage employee verifications (unemployment, employment, state aid, & housing)
- Manage employment child support and garnishment payments
