Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the customer relationship value chain, including onboarding, issue resolution, and account growthDrive customer utilization and upsell opportunities for existing accountsIdentify gaps in the customer journey and implement strategies to enhance the experienceRequired Qualifications5 - 10+ years of experience in program management or customer success within the eMobility industry5 - 10+ years serving as the lead contact for strategic clientsExperience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot or ZendeskUndergraduate degree or equivalent preferredExperience in corporate sustainability initiatives or the energy / transportation sectors is a plus
