Sample Coordinator needed for Fashion company located in Manhattan Beach! This position works hands-on with licensed products, organizing the sample room and product libraries while supporting the product development lifecycle all the way to the production stage.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Act as the team’s sample gatekeeper by managing the inventory, packing / unpacking, and organization of all sample submissions
- Coordinate and maintain informational tools and libraries, including product portfolios, receiving logs, licensee binders, etc.
- Create and share reports to track received samples
- Track and receive all samples for multiple divisions and licensees
- Ship samples to multiple overseas and domestic partners
- Create commercial invoices for all sample shipments
- Organize and maintain the in-house sample room
- Open daily packages and alert team about what is received
- Support the planning and preparation of management and account meetings by preparing conference rooms and meeting materials

- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc.)
- Genuine and demonstrated interest in fashion, footwear, and product development
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of related experience
