You will be responsible for enhancing the accounts payable process by identifying opportunities for process improvements, leading initiatives that positively impact the workflow, and contributing to the company’s financial health.
Responsible for assisting in the Accounts Payable Department planning, scheduling and coordinating. Serve as the Program Administrator for all facility P-Cards, CareAscend, and SutiExpense systems.
Process and balance the weekly assigned budgets. Review and approve all void and reissue requests from staff. Oversee the review and approval of all resident refund requests.
Manage full AP processing for 12 locations, including invoice entry and payment processing. Lead the Outstanding Check and Unclaimed Property projects.
Act as the backup Integration Specialist, as needed. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Support 1099 processing and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Reconcile monthly vendor statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. What you Need to make a Difference Baelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent related work experience.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years related experience in accounts payable or accounting. One (1) to two (2) years management / supervisory experience required.
Knowledge of AP systems, including CareAscend, SutiExpense, or similar platforms. Good mathematical abilities, including calculating rates and percentages.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
