Practice Details :
- Democratic and collegial team of 7 physicians in the ED
- Independent and autonomous organization that puts a premium on physician input
- Work anywhere from 8-18 shifts per month based on your preferences - Extremely flexibility offered
- Annual volume of around 12,000 in a Level 4 Trauma Center
- FM or EM trained physicians encouraged to apply
- Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program in place with upcoming Family Medicine Residency Program in 2027
Compensation & Benefits :
- Employed position with strong hourly rate with a total compensation package of around $500,000
- Comprehensive benefits include 100% of premiums being paid by the hospital, malpractice / tail coverage, 403B with match up to 5%, and more
- $50K Sign-On Package, Relocation Assistance and $4K CME offered
