Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a leading Dallas law firm in their search for a Litigation Legal Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be located in DFW with the ability to work on a hybrid basis in the company's Uptown Dallas office and meet the following requirements :
- At least 3 years of prior experience working as Legal Assistant in complex civil litigation matters. Prior experience working with labor and employment or appellate practice groups is a plus but not required.
- Experience assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleading shells, preparing correspondence and time entry, performing e-filing, and calendaring, as well as interacting with court personnel and opposing counsel.
Position requires strong MS Word skills and excellent attention to detail.
