- Handle inbound regarding a number of technical related issues.
- Remotely diagnose and resolve routine problems including proprietary software, as well as hardware and peripheral equipment.
- Utilize chat / email / call in functions.
- Support clients, printers, signage and basic network troubleshooting as well as multiple other areas of the business.
