What we're looking for : Assistant Director of Career Services at our Pleasant Hill campus.
Summary : The Assistant Director of Career Services provides oversight of the day-to-day functions in Career Services. The position is responsible for adherence to all Career Services policies and procedures.
Manages, develops, and trains campus Career Services staff. The position is accountable for achieving campus benchmarks for externship setup, employment starts, and placement rates.
This position requires autonomy in daily performance and refined judgments to apply specialized knowledge of career services processes, procedures, and practices.
The role requires detailed knowledge of student management databases and other college systems.
What We Offer : The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $70,000-$75,000 per year. Our benefit program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts.
You will accrue two to three weeks of paid vacation in your first five years with eleven paid holidays. We offer state-compliant sick leave, disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance.

Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education is preferred and three to five years of management of career services or students services.
