Join us as a Developer Coach / Developer Advocate and help us coach developers on how to interview with US tech teams and then mentor their long-term growth on US teams.
How you’ll make an impact :
- Interview US teams to find out what kind of skills they need.
- Vet developers for opportunities in the US.
- Create a curriculum to prepare developers for US tech team interviews.
- Create ongoing tech workshops to help developers grow their careers on US teams.
- Be a sounding board for developers with architecture reviews, code reviews and advice.
- Write technical blog posts and collaborate with the marketing team.

Who we are :
Austin Software started three years ago because the traditional outsourcing model is broken. We realized that we didn’t want to work with outsourcing companies, and neither did our colleagues.
We built our own team in Latin America.
Three profitable years later, we’ve helped unicorns, YCombinator companies, and VC backed companies de-risk growth by incorporating Latin American developers directly on their teams as first-class teammates.
