Duties
Heavy employee relations experience needed.
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources required.
Certification reflecting proficiency in Human Resources (e.g. PHR or SPHR) preferred.
Oral and written communications; planning and organization; teamwork.
