Key Responsibilities :
- Directly report to the President & CEO, managing and coordinating manpower across multiple sites.
- Oversee the tracking, distribution, usage, and storage of company equipment.
- Define scope of work, deliverables, and provide direction on contracts and subcontracts.
- Lead the creation and management of construction schedules and activities, ensuring all projects meet timelines and budget constraints.
- Issue daily progress updates on costs and timelines using Pro-Core.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
- Facilitate collaboration between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Schedule and chair site meetings to resolve issues swiftly.
- Manage all project documentation including RFIs, RFCOs, ICOs, and communication forms.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, assisting with sales presentations, and attending networking events as required

- Over 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project; familiarity with Jonas software and Pro-Core is essential.
- Experience with PlanSwift or similar estimating software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction trades and techniques.
- Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and tender documents.
- Capable of integrating seamlessly into established systems and procedures.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
