• Overall, the Supervisor provides a remarkable experience for each guest
• Pursues results by establishing goals and keeping score
• Provides support to all levels of leadership
• Swiftly resolve guest issues with composure and solve problems
• Goes above and beyond to exceed every guest, direct report, peer, and upper management's expectations
• Communicates to the rest of the team with honor, dignity, and respect in person and virtually
• Develop high-level Team Members, using Core values and vision
• Trains and mentors Team Leaders, betting on leadership by delegating tasks
• Listens and understands communication from other team members or supervisors
• Offer new solutions to problems and generate new ideas to be implemented by their Directors

• Displays humility by being willing to serve and work where needed without complaining

• Have the ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. regularly
• Attain their ServSafe certification within four months of being hired
• Have the ability to stand working on the floor for approximately 32 hours every week
• Be able to memorize the store's vision / mission statement and core values, holding the team to those standards
