Responsible for accurately entering customer data into the centralized maintenance system. Maintains customer information changes.
Updates CRM system with new and existing account information. Updates licensing for all accounts. Scans and categorizes documentation into a scanning system.
Performs related duties as assigned. Familiarity with Windows-based word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office).
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Familiarity with AS400 system - Not as required but would be a nice to have.
Ability to accurately interpret new customer applications and related customer data. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
