Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Vice President, Commercial Insurance Agency Operations and Client Service is a very strategic, forward-looking leadership position.
You have comprehensive oversight of the Region’s operational activities, a group that includes offices in the Midwest, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and New England area.
- From a front-line standpoint, you lead initiatives that optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators, establishing metrics and conducting regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness and individual employee development.
- Develop programs that assess and collect customer feedback along with strategies that improve compliance, service delivery, and client retention.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulations. Provide feedback and insight to the executive team. Assess competitive risks.
Explore emerging technologies and implement where appropriate to streamline operations.
Skills & Experience
- Significant career experience in commercial property and casualty insurance with deep expertise in insurance agency operations, specifically pertaining to client service and policy administration.
- Demonstrated management success with notable accomplishments driving growth, spearheading key initiatives, and developing high-performance teams.
