Marketing Specialist (Real Estate and Mortgage)

Company Overview :

Semper Home Loans, a top provider of real estate and mortgage services, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team.

This role is integral to executing strategic marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving growth through social media and digital platforms in the real estate and mortgage sectors.

Position Overview :

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to launch impactful campaigns targeting homebuyers, real estate professionals, and mortgage clients.

You will play a key role in managing and optimizing social media channels, developing engaging content, and using analytics to refine and boost our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and manage targeted Facebook and social media ad campaigns to drive awareness of our mortgage and real estate services.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to improve ROI and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling ad content, ensuring it aligns with our brand standards and industry best practices.
• Maintain active social media channels, regularly updating them with relevant content that fosters community interaction.
• Assist in creating digital marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and ad copy for social media campaigns.
• Stay informed on social media trends and new opportunities for growth in the real estate and mortgage sectors.
• Support event planning and execution for mortgage and real estate-related initiatives.

Skills and Experience :

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and digital advertising.
• Proven ability to create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget optimization.
• Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for digital platforms and the mortgage / real estate audience.
• A creative mindset with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
