Onsite Location : El Dorado, Arkansas
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills / Experience :
- At least 3 yrs. experience in POS and Payment gateway testing.
- At least 2 yrs. of experience in POS actual LAB / Device testing.
- Experience in QSR or Retail is preferable.
- Expert Knowledge of SDLC
- Strong skillset to gather requirements and document business processes
- Strong communication, presentation, articulation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Translate well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria to test cases for POS / Payment gateway.
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including Fiserv, POS, Promotions, pricing, POS LAB support team.
- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, and outline milestones and deliverables working with Lead.
- Partner with stakeholders and users across different teams for E2E testing and reporting.
- Prioritize and maintain the test execution backlog and execute assigned stories with the right traceability.
