Job Description : We are seeking a versatile individual who combines creative talent with commercial skills for the role of Interior Designer / Sales Consultant.
The ideal candidate will be capable of creating unique and attractive environments while guiding and advising clients in their purchasing decisions, ensuring an excellent and personalized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets to offer personalized design solutions.
- Create concept designs for residential and commercial interiors, including the selection of furniture, fabrics, colors, accessories, and materials.
- Develop layout proposals and mood boards to present to clients, assisting them in making their final choices.
- Sell the company's products and services by presenting design solutions in a persuasive and informed manner.
- Manage the procurement process for materials and products needed for projects.
- Coordinate and supervise the installation of furniture and accessories, ensuring everything aligns with the approved design.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by building long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Continuously stay updated on design trends, innovative materials, and sales techniques to offer cutting-edge service.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Language Skills : Proficiency in Italian is required
- Previous experience in the role of Interior Designer and / or Sales Consultant in the furniture industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Advanced knowledge of design software ((AutoCAD, Cinema 4D, Corona, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong results orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret client desires.
- Passion for interior design and furniture, with a strong aesthetic sense.
