Position Summary :
As a Client Success Representative StoredTech, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Serve as the central point of coordination for service-related issues.
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical support teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular client reviews with clients to review performance metrics, discuss service enhancements, and gather feedback.
- Provide clients with training on new features, updates, and best practices related to our services.
- Create and distribute educational materials to enhance client understanding.
- Monitor renewals and proactively engage with clients to ensure retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Advocate for client needs and requirements within the organization.
- Collaborate with product and service development teams to ensure client-centric improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, preferences, and service history.
- Document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Perform any additional job duties as requested by management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Contribute to sales along with retiring a monthly revenue goal.
