Johnstone Supply is looking for a driven individual to join our Outside Sales Team. An opportunity for limitless earning potential, exciting challenges, and the chance to make an impact in the HVAC industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to : Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new leads Conduct on-site visits and assessments to evaluate clients' HVAC needs Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase HVAC products and services Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with the clients to close sales deals Collaborate with internal departments, to ensure seamless project execution Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional network and identify business opportunities Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization Works with customers to plan and forecast sales Develops a trusted business advisor relationship with customers Technical Assistance Assist customers with technical questions or issues related to HVAC products Refer complex technical inquiries to TSA Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and phone / email correspondence BENEFITS Competitive pay Competitive medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance coverage Bonus Earn PTO hours immediately Paid holidays Opportunities for development 401K with a company match QUALIFICATIONS Required A high school diploma or equivalent is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and different software programs Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift, and carry items up to 75 pounds Willingness to travel Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Consistently work to promote company growth Maintain a valid driver’s license Preferred 2 + years of experience in B2B sales Proficiency in CRM software Desired HVAC industry experience Phocus and Eclipse software experience Johnstone Supply -The Balsan Group Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group is a leading family-owned HVAC-R Distributor in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York that is rapidly growing.
