job summary :
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of patient lift projects, from initial design and quote to installation and customer support.
This remote-based role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales reps, customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and installers, to ensure successful project execution.
The position is aligned with specific U.S. sales regions and requires the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, and construction (especially in healthcare facilities), and the ability to produce and review CAD designs.

responsibilities :
Provide sales operations support, assisting field sales with the design and configuration of patient lift solutions.
Develop quotes and proposals based on RFPs and customer needs assessments.
Create detailed patient lift designs using site surveys, plan reviews, and construction documents.
Prepare and submit detailed drawing packages for customer review and approval.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with project managers and sales teams to ensure all project information is gathered and verified.
Oversee the installation process, coordinating with certified installers and managing schedules to meet customer expectations.
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding product requirements, bids, proposals, drawings, and general troubleshooting.
Provide technical advice and problem-solving support when needed.
Manage customer orders in collaboration with Order Management / Customer Service.
Maintain records and files for customer projects, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Actively seek out opportunities to improve installation processes and reduce costs.
Utilize software tools (AutoCAD, Smartsheet, CRM tools) to manage bid takeoff, quoting, drawings, and orders.
Provide product development feedback based on customer input.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Travel up to 10% depending on the geographic location and project needs.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a technical field; or 3-5 years of related commercial construction experience;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of project management experience, specifically in healthcare construction or related industries.
Proficient in AutoCAD with hands-on experience creating and reviewing designs.
Solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with sales reps, internal teams, customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and installers.
Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications (architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural).
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and other project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
Revit / BIM experience.
PMP certification or other industry-related certifications.
Applied knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce.com).
Experience working within the healthcare industry, particularly in acute or post-acute care environments.
