Fairfax Behavioral Health, founded in 1930, is a private, free-standing mental health hospital that specializes in psychiatric and detox treatment.
We strive to meet and respond to the needs of our community by offering a continuum of care and evidenced-based programs at multiple locations within our region.
We have behavioral health facilities and services located in Kirkland, Everett and Monroe, Washington.
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative & clerical support to the Chief Executive Officer / Chief Financial Officer.
The Executive Assistant provides support to the members of the Executive Team as it relates to the function of the Administration Office.
This may include initiating and tracking contracts with Corporate, making travel arrangements as requested, and effective minute taking for assigned meetings.
Additional functions include event planning, supply ordering, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS :
Education : High school graduation is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Completion of basic clerical or medical / clerical course is preferred.
Experience : A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an executive support role is preferred.
