We're looking for a US-based candidate that has a background in directing perioperative quality and revenue cycle initiatives using data and technology.

Responsibilities
Drive Perimatics client relationships. Engage with stakeholders at client hospitals to understand clinical and business requirements.
Translate the requirements into functional specs of Perimatics products.
- Assess and evaluate product features to ensure that they meet client requirements. Identify gaps in functionality, collaborate with development team to overcome deficiencies
- Work closely with clients to educate users and improve product adoption. Prepare training material and conduct training presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members both in the US and offshore to implement product strategies and improve data accessibility.
- Participate in product development strategic discussions and represent clinical experience in outlining product enhancements and triaging work items
- Create product introductions and education presentations for client clinical consumption
- Assist with product implementation, clinical validation, and adoption at client hospitals
- Present product demos at conferences and provide supplemental help with sales
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in perioperative quality improvement initiatives, formulating performance measures, and data analytics
- Knowledge of main EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner, their documentation features, and the capture of data elements for clinical operations, quality, and outcomes
- Understanding of perioperative workflow, clinical and operational terminology.
- Understanding of perioperative billing and revenue cycle.
- Ability to engage with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements, train and ensure product adoption.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Desired qualifications :
- Master’s degree or advanced certification in healthcare quality improvement.
- Billing and Coding certification
- Epic certification in Optime & Ambulatory Care
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent healthcare field.
- Advanced or adjunct degree in Health Informatics, healthcare operations or a related field.
