Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

  • Talent Strategy Development :
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with the company's vision, values, and business objectives, ensuring a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining key talent.
  • Talent Acquisition :
  • Oversee global talent acquisition efforts, including employer branding, sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate experience, to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
  • Succession Planning :
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust succession planning processes to identify and develop high-potential talent for key leadership and critical roles across the organization.
  • Performance Management :
  • Drive the development and execution of performance management processes and tools to set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support employee development and growth.
  • Learning & Development and Leadership Development :
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs and initiatives, including leadership development programs, to build a pipeline of effective leaders at all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Creates talent tools, resources, training, and materials, such as onboarding content and performance management communications.
  • Employee Engagement :
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, leveraging employee feedback, surveys, and data analytics to drive positive organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Talent Analytics :
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to assess talent trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-informed decisions to optimize talent management programs and processes.
  • Defines operational metrics for employee engagement, workforce management, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) :
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and best practices, integrating DEI principles into all aspects of talent management to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Change Management :
  • Lead change management efforts related to talent management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness for change.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships :
  • Collaborate closely with HR partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders to align talent management initiatives with business goals and priorities, driving a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
  • Leadership and Team Development :
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global talent team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Regular and Consistent Attendance
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position overseeing global talent management initiatives.

Professional Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of talent management best practices, trends, and technologies, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations to support talent management decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, global environment.

Language Ability :

Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.

Math Ability :

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.

Reasoning Ability :

Perform under pressure and / or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.

Computer Skills :

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software
