Requirements :
- Lead the development and creation of PR strategies that align with our client's goals and objectives
- Perform market research to analyze the best trends that align with the client PR objectives
- Strategize new ideas with the team and communicate these ideas to the client in a way that understands their needs and ensures satisfaction
- Lead and mentor junior team members that fosters a collaborative culture and a team oriented environment
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive criticism in order to assist in improving team performance
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience as an Account Manager for a Public Relations Firm
- Experienced in creating marketing strategies with clients from PR firms or agencies that include social media and digital marketing strategies
- Must have created and cultivated lasting client relationships
- PR EXPERIENCE IS A MUST !!!
