What you will do

• Manage a team of User Acceptance testers that support key platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of feedback and test results to our various platform and product owners.
• Work closely with IT teams to resolve defects and be part of the solutioning process.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and share feedback with platform / product owners.
• Create detailed test cases that represent "real" usage of the platforms to ensure a positive experience for our internal associates and field.
• Partner with business leaders across the enterprise to bring awareness to upcoming changes and ensure readiness.
• Participate in production go-live activities, which are typically after-hours or weekends.

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in Financial Services.
• Analytical skills, ability to research and resolve complex issues
