Senior Technical Writer

Qualifications :
- 5 +years in technical writing or a related field
- Strong Business Analysis & Process Planning
- Project Management skills
- Previous experience in Policy Development and Public Administration
- Adept at presenting complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
Key Responsibilities :
- Documentation : Create and maintain both user and technical documentation for various application teams. Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documents.
- Technical Expertise : Offer insights on technical aspects of applications, ensuring procedures are logically structured and easy to follow.
- Content Creation : Produce a range of technical documents, including articles, reports, brochures, and manuals. Oversee the integration of graphics and other visual elements.
- Coordination : Organize and edit technical documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Business Analysis : Participate in the analysis and planning of business processes, policies, and procedures.
- Project Management : Lead project activities to meet departmental goals. Analyze operations and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Consulting : Provide expert advice and technical assistance to program staff, helping to identify and solve issues.
- Evaluation : Assess service delivery methods and recommend improvements. Develop and refine procedures and workflows.
- SDLC Methodologies : Apply Software Development Life Cycle methodologies effectively.
