Key Responsibilities
Increase sales of software products and drive new business from partner-led growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline goals while coaching and developing new hires
Proactively identify customer needs and serve as an escalation point for complex issues
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of leadership experience, preferably in sales management
Experience in scaling high-velocity sales teams and selling to SMB segments
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving business results
