Regular attendance, Monday Friday, 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm, with two 15-minute paid breaks, and one 60-minute unpaid meal break
Reception act as first point of in-person contact for visitors, and answer / route incoming calls
- Maintain reception area, conference room, and break room (posted schedules, appearance, organization, etc.)
- Act as point of contact for Corporate Services team members for general office needs
- Assist Office Lead with monitoring, maintaining, and coordinating service for office supplies, refreshments, and office equipment
- Coordinate onsite meetings and conference calls for staff
- Assist with onsite events as needed (occasional related overtime hours)
- Assist with offsite meetings, securing venue and catering as needed (occasional related overtime hours)
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and Fed Ex packages
- Assist other Corporate Services teams with ad hoc needs (occasional related overtime hours) o Assist HR with orientation of new hires
- Assist team members with travel arrangements / planning Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 1+ year of front desk, customer service or professional office administrative experience
- Attention to detail and good follow-through to task completion
- Experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
