Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is hiring an Operations Manager for a Restoration Company located in Renton, Washington.

Operations Manager Compensation and Benefits :

• Competitive Base Salary- $75,000-$80,000 + Profit Sharing Bonus

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join the team. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall management of the company, with a particular focus on office staff supervision, P&L responsibility, fostering an "ownership mentality," recruiting and hiring, and ensuring team accountability.

This position is vital to the growth and success of the organization, as you will help relieve the owner of day-to-day activities, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.

Operations Manager Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including office staff supervision,
• project management, and financial performance
• Assume P&L responsibility and implement strategies to drive profitability and growth
• Foster an "ownership mentality" among team members, encouraging them to take
• initiative and deliver exceptional results
• Develop and implement effective recruiting and hiring strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and hold team
• members accountable for their responsibilities
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization
• Collaborate with the owner and other key stakeholders to define strategic goals and
• implement action plans
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing process
• improvements as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and vendors to ensure
• customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Utilize technology and software solutions to streamline operations and improve
• efficiency.

Operations Manager Requirements :

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the property damage restoration industry or a related field
• Strong understanding of office management and administrative processes
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and experience in financial management
• Excellent recruiting and hiring skills, with a track record of building high performing teams
• Ability to foster an "ownership mentality" among staff, encouraging accountability and a results-driven mindset
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
